Born into a family of musicians, Edgars Rakovskis had an opportunity to listen to various styles of music at a very young age. After discovering the power of heavy rock and metal music in his teenage years, he picked up the guitar and started singing.

The very well-developed taste and artistic intuition, and performing experience define Edgars' sonic character fuelled by forbidden harmonies and a unique “open string approach”, as he calls it.

Edgars is also a prolific audio enthusiast with expertise in audio production, editing, and sound design, as well as mixing in stereo and Dolby Atmos formats.
